My monthly permit has not been renewed automatically although I have allowed automatic renewal. What should I do?

If the monthly permit renewal has failed, you will always receive a notification in your email.

The reasons for the failed permit renewal might be:

  • Payment card has expired. Please check the expiry date of your payment card.
  • The payment card related to the parking permit has been removed from Taskuparkki.
  • Payment card has insufficient funds.
  • Internet purchase option has been disabled from the payment card.
  • Wrong payment card has been set as the default card in Taskuparkki.
  • The right to purchase the permit has been revoked: User is no longer a member of the permit organization.

Please contact Taskuparkki customer service if you suspect this to be the problem.

Retry payment will be attempted automatically. You can also do the retry payment manually from Taskuparkki under the Payment history –menu. Please check all the possible failure reasons mentioned above before the payment retrial.

If the retry payments is successful your permit will stay as automatically renewed and you do not need to any changes to it or buy the permit again.

If the retry payment fails then the automatic renewal of your permit will be disabled and the permit will end. You must buy a new permit after the old permit has ended to ensure that you have a valid parking permit before parking your vehicle.
