The application does not work. What should I do?

Check that you have downloaded the latest version of the application. You can check this in your mobile device’s application store (App Store/Google Play). Enter “Taskuparkki” in the search field. There is an Update button on the right-hand side of the screen if there is a newer version of the application available and the application should be updated. If the button says Open, you have the latest version.


The application or its buttons do not respond: Close the application and open it again. Rebooting your phone might also help. Ensure that your phone is connected to the Internet.


Camera recognition does not work: Ensure that you have allowed camera recognition for your vehicle and that you have entered your license plate correctly. If the camera settings are correct, contact our customer service.


You cannot find the parking facility you are looking for in the application: If parking is work-related, ensure that you have registered in the application with your work email address. In other cases, contact our customer service and we will look into the situation in more detail.
